I keep trying to sign in and i keep getting a message that my computer is not registered on-line...
wheni go online it says saftey minder isnt installed!!!!
please help me sort this out...
i think i got into this mess by installing from a previously downloaded installation package - instead of the a new one from the on-line page... also i cant remember what i named my computer as exactly
please help
