Can't log in to Norton Account

I've been trying to log in to my Norton account through Identity Safe in Firefox and it keeps on saying "Failed to log in to your Norton account. Please check the supplied credentials"

 

What's weirdis that if I go to the Norton website and log in there, it's fine. I access it with no problems.

 

Any ideas?

Are you trying to log in to your Norton Account or your Identity Safe? What version of NIS are you running?  Support-About.

Is your Identity Safe stored locally or in your Norton Account online?

I ask this as I do not see any log in link to Norton Account in Identity Safe in Firefox.
