I set up my login and password which initially worked fine--now I can't log in anymore and I get the message "Sorry, internal server error". How can I fix this?

Can you please confirm you get the error message when you are trying to log onto Norton Family account at https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs or at end of Norton Family installation when trying to log onto Norton Family server? Is the error message the full message you see or partial message, is it possible that you could post a screen shot of the message?
