Can't log in to Password Manager!

I cannot log into Norton Password Manager from my app on my Windows 11 Pro Dell computer.  I AM able to go to the Norton Website, sign in, and access the password manager page in Edge.  When trying to access the password manager through the extension, I get an error: "Sorry something went wrong, try again later".  Same message when using the Norton 360 app, same error message.  I already cannot sign in through the Norton 360 app, though it shows my status and all, just can't sigh into it.  Can't access help through it either.  I'm beginning to wonder if I need to export all my passwords so I will have them if the manager decides not to work at all!  If you have found a fix to this problem, I'd love to know what it is!

Turning off the VPN immediately allowed me to access the PW Manager Vault.  Don't understand why, but pretty easy to do.  

I'm sorry to say, but the problem still exists. This is not a "new" problem. With the latest update, it has become much more out in the open. I've tried just about anything I can think of. I've had some problems before such as being totally unable to print with the VPN on. HP fixed that one by creating a go-along app that somehow bypasses the VPN.

By S mode I'm not referring to "safe mode", Windows 10/11 S mode only allows apps from the Microsoft store. Norton has their app there as well.

When you say "the app website" are you referring to logging into your Norton account? In Edge, open it then clear your browser caches and cookies. Then restart the browser, check the Edge extension for PWM again for vault login.

No, Windows is not running in safe mode. I can login at the app web site. Just not in the program.

Hello L_J_Roberts. I got a "session timed out" message opening the PWM vault in Edge via the Norton PWM extension a minute ago, as a test for your issue. Once logged into my Norton account with 2FA, the vault synched and opened as it should. By chance is your install of Windows 11 running is S mode? Your reference to the Norton 360 app prompts me to ask.
