Can't log into Norton Family

Trying to get past the terms of service.  Every time I try to "accept", it spins for 20 seconds then says "sorry, server not available".  This is keeping me from being able to install the product -- so purchased product essentially useless.  Been trying for 5-6 hours.  How long do I wait?

I've fixed it! I tried logging in on my mobile which connects via mobile data and could get in. The fact all of my computers had the same issue and your comment about the time gave me a hint, so I checked the router time. My router had the correct time but daylight saving was disabled. Once I enabled it, I could log in. I'll leave this here for anyone else with the same issue. It might help them. Thanks.

Hi Christy, local time on my mac and the two pc laptops that I have the same error happening on are all set to the correct local time. I can't log in from any of my computers.

This error can occur when the  local time of the user's computer is incorrect. Could you please check your local time and try to login again.

Swapping to Development environment will display more detailed information about the error that occurred.

Development environment should not be enabled in deployed applications, as it can result in sensitive information from exceptions being displayed to end users. For local debugging, development environment can be enabled by setting the ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT environment variable to Development, and restarting the application.

Seems to be a widespread problem.  I went to go into "chat" with support but it said I would have to wait for over half an hour, so I suspect it's a big issue at the norton site.
