I just updated to Windows 10, and afterwards my BitDefender Internet Security package asked me to update it (so that it is fully Windows 10 compatible). However when I do that the first thing that happens is that the Norton Family uninstall screen comes up - obviously I have to uninstall it in order to install BitDefender. That's fine, except that the Norton Family app won't let me log in. I use exactly the same password as I use on the website, but it fails. I tried resetting the password, but it had no effect. This is a real problem, as I can't reinstall my antivirus until I can log into the Norton Family app.
