I went to safeweb.norton.com to verify my site because I had a client through Norton say our website was suspect. So I went to safweb.norton.com and got an account, verified our site, checked it for problems, found one, corrected the problem. and went back to reverify the websites but couldn't login because the login failed. I had the system send me my password just in case I put the wrong one in, but what the system does is send you an new one to myNortonAccount.com instead of safeweb. I tried to create a new account and it fails to do that as well. I also tried to create a new account with my account information I used before to see if the system was seeing my login attempt - and it comes back correctly letting me know the account already exist. So I'm at a loss what to do. I just want to get my site reverified and off the norton naughty list.
