I can't login to Norton Family as a parent.
The system showed a message as followas (about 7 lines below).
"Please, try your request again later", but however I tried many times later, it's the same.
The same error happened 3 months ago, and at that time I remove Norton from all PCs and
re-installed as another Family account from the beginning, and I lost all of setting data.
I don't want to do it again.
I don't want to loose my setting data.
How can I solve this trouble? and how can I prevent from happening again?
