Can't make a bootable ISO USB from new NBRT 2016.1.0 ISO file

I just downloaded the new NBRT 2016.1.0 ISO file. Windows10 File Explorer can't burn it to USB so I tried to use a free ISO-to-USB sw from isotousb.com. However, I couldn't boot from this newly created USB. I have a Samsung UEFI-based laptop.

I tried the recovery media under the Legacy Boot option and the UEFI Boot option, but neither of them worked.

So my guess the issue could be the bootable USB? Can anyone recommend me another ISO to USB sw that would work?
