Am I right that the Safe Web tool bar cannot be moved in IE9 beta? Even when the toolbar is unlocked the tool bar won't move from its top left position. Grateful for confirmation from anyone who has NIS and IE9. I'd like to be able to move the Safe Web bar.

Oh yes, and the "Body" box that this message is in does not seem to work in IE9. I am using Chrome for this message.
