Can't open LIfeLock on iphone after download

Norton 360 works fine on my computer. I also downloaded this program on my iPhone 10 and on my tablet, but when I try to open it I get a message which says my subscription is inactive. It isn't. When I try to log on it asks for a 13-digit pin code received from my service provider. I received no such pin. And is this talking about my iPhone provider--Verizon? If so, how do I get such a pin? I'm frustrated. thanks Any help appreciated.

 

Is your tablet also iOS, or is it Android? What OS version is on both mobile devices?

What subscription level for 360 did you purchase? 

Where did you download the 360 mobile app(s) from? 

In the app, tap on the three bars at the top left of the screen. Do you see your name and email address, or Sign In. If Sign in is showing, tap on that and sign into your Norton Account to activate the app.
