This morning (02/18), I accessed a web page that requires a login id/password. When I tried to open the vault, I got a window that tells me I have to log in to my Norton account. I entered the required info and it didn't match what Norton had (don't know why as I wrote the info down and used that), so I went to Forgot Password, changed my password, accessed my Norton acct but nothing there except my order info. Logged-out and tried to open the valut again (using the id/password I wrote down) and I keep getting the window telling me to log in to my Norton acct.
What the heck is going on with this? I'm getting extremely frustrated with NIS as ever since I installed my new computer, I've had nothing but problems with NIS.
I'm due for renewal next month and if this is going to be an ongoing thing, I will "dump" Norton and get something else.
Any suggestions appreciated
