I can't open my Microsoft Edge browser on Windows 10 home. Chrome work fine.
What can I do to fix that problem ?

@ 20750065..............please stop posting pics from an ad. Those ads change each time you visit a page. But a simple ad block blocks those ads. I visit the page and do not see any of that.

This doesn't sound like a Norton problem. Norton doesn't support Edge at this time.
Have you tried the Windows Troubleshooter?
Type "Troubleshooting" into Cortana > click on "Troubleshooting" that should have appeared. On the left of the window that opens you should see "View all". Click that and scroll right to the bottom and open the "Windows Store Apps" troubleshooter. Let that run and see if it helps.
