i've been using my norton product for almost a year now, and suddenly i can't open my norton 360 main window for some reason.. i can't see it on my vista sidebar, and everytime i try to open it through the start menu, it nothing appears.. if i click it again the norton one click support appears and asked about some kind of installation..
funny thing is, its only the main window that doesn't want to appear.. if i right click on an icon, or storage device, i could still see the norton 360 -> scan now path, and it still works..
but still i can't get to the main window.. like how am i gonna be able to do full scans and comprehensive scans without the main window..
need immediate help..
