NIS 2009 (at least I think it's 2009 not 2010 - can't get it open to check!) isn't in my tray, bottom right. I'm running Vista and have followed instructions to customise the icon to show at all times, but it's still not there. I can't open it by clicking on the desktop icon either. I know it's running because ccSvcHst.exe is in my task manager. It does this quite frequently now, and I'll be able to access it in a few days time, but it's annoying as I want to change some settings and scan now!
Any help would be appreciated :)
