After a live update today I can not open Norton security from the icon in the task bar. Did a uninstall and reinstalled Norton. tried to open from the icon in task bar and opened fine, then did the live update to make sure I had all the updates after the reinstall. Tried to open again from the task bar and could not open!! It will open using the desktop short cut. Any fix or ideas
