Here's the problem: I cannot open Norton Internet Security. I can right click the little norton emblem to run a quickscan, run live update, etc. . . but when I try to run anything that opens the main program it just doesn't work. For example, when the little bubble pops up with 'High CPU usage by...' I try to click the on 'details' but it won't do anything. When I first turn on my computer, I can open Norton for a second, but before I can do anything it closes automatically. Every time I try to reopen Norton directly it just won't open. I've tried restarting the computer, I've gone through the 'get support' route and I went through the Remove and Reinstall process. As soon as it was done reinstalling, I clicked the option to 'explore Norton' and it immediately shut the program down. Every time I have the option of opening NIS from another aspect of the program, the second I reach the main screen it shuts down immediately. I need help, please!!!
