I've been using Norton Security trial version for 14 days. I left the competitor for this product. I finally decided to make a purchase decision. I've been trying to purchase since around 8a.m. EDT today 8/14. When I select the subscribe button from the trial version dashboard, I get a dialogue box advising Norton communicating with the server, then my screen changes to the login screen. I login, then I have no "out" options to continue to purchase the product. I get stuck at the "my account" screen. Opened chat sessions with tech support twice now with no resolve. While they volunteer to do the purchase for me, I'd rather not and do it myself. The tech from this morning said wait a couple of hours and try again. The tech moments ago said wait 12 hours. Now I'm nervous that I may have made a bad decision on switching products. Anyone else having these issues or suggestions for resolution.
