In the admin centre I got a message saying one of the family PCs was not reporting, might be disabled. I checked and definatly not disabled, so I tried to reinstall.
My first question is why did the client on this PC stop reporting? It is a standard XP setup, normal cable LAN.
My second question is - is there a way it could be bypassed in some way without getting into my user name where I installed it?
The install first did an uninstall, no problem. But then when I did another install, it got almost all the way before stopping with an unspecified error - I did send to Norton support as requested on the error screen.
Final question is - how do I reinstall the client on this PC please?
