Can't remove computer from profile

I have a computer listed in my Norton Family profile that I can't delete.  When I attempt to delete it, I get prompted with a dialog box asking "are you sure you want to delete this computer."  I say OK, and the screen refreshes but the computer is not removed.  I am getting nagged with a message to upgrade this non-existent computer.  How can I delete this?

After you select OK to the question, do you also click the SAVE button on the page?

Yes, I have deleted two phantom machines successfully but the last one won’t go away.

After I confirm the delete request the screen repaints but the computer is not gone. Saving makes no difference.

Can you please reboot the PC, then try to delete the PC again to see if that makes any difference?

Rebooted, tried to remove phantom computer, same result.  Unable to remove.
