Can't remove device from my VPN Norton account

I followed the step by step ( https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v53370992 ) but the option "Manage Licenses" doen't exist, so I can't remove devices from my VPN Norton account.

Where in the app are you seeing it?

.

In the app, in the Norton account I couldn't see nothing (as I explained in the first question). But my main problem is:

How do I clean all the devices from my VPN account?

Because all I want is to know that I only have in my account my own devices.

Where are you seeing the number of devices connected? In your Norton Account or in the app?

Are you seeing this in the Protection Report? If so, that is reporting how many times you have made VPN connections for the time frame reported. Not the number of devices connecting. Each device will have its own report of the number of times the VPN was connected on that device.

Thanks for the info!

I only have the VPN app. What happens is that I'm using it on 2 laptops and now on 2 iPhones, but when I try to connect it appears that there are 3 iPhones connected, so I wanted to have more information about the connected devices or a way to remove all the devices, and I'm not able to do either of those things, neither check which devices are there nor remove all of them.

Are you using the standalone Norton Secure VPN app? If so, does it show up in your Subscriptions list as a separate paid subscription? I don't remember seeing the manage licenses link on my standalone VPN app.

I would just uninstall the the standalone VPN app and don't worry about your account until you get a message about no available activations for a new device.
