After a Firefox Update my husband was unable to connect to Firefox. Every time he tries now he gets a window that says "Unable to make connection" says to try again or check your firewall same with Google Chrome but he's able to get onto IE. He has Norton 360 virus protector (free through Comcast) and we are thinking maybe Nortons's Fire wall is causing the problem so we uninstalled it but still having same issues. Tried to download the Norton symantac tool removal and can't even download that through IE. After trying to download the Norton Tool Removal get a page that comes up saying "No connectivity" Not sure what is going on. I've posted this message also on the Mozilla Forums and replies have been to get the Norton Tool Removal which we have tried unsuccessfully to download. Any other way to find the Norton Firewall so we can see if that is the problem? Or what else can we do without completely re-installing Windows!!
