Can't remove Win10 reset device

Steps:

  1. Reset (choose option keep user files/data) Windows 10 machine that had network name Samppa and NF installed
  2. The machine network name not changed (Samppa), other network settings are also remain (Wi-Fi networks etc.)
  3. Install removed NF by Reset operation, re-install the latest NF version. The NF Devices show the machine name as SAMPPA(1)
  4. On removing the old one (named Samppa), operations seems to succeed, but the end result both machine instances are still there:
