I can’t renew my Norton 360 deluxe subscription. I was the Norton customer for more 10 years and was using Norton 360 deluxe since 07.01.2020. Few days ago my subscription had expired and has not been renewed automatically despite of actual payment data entered. Currently I’m trying to renew it manually, but on buy norton page I receive blank screen with Norton label in the top left corner.

OS details: Win10 Pro

There are several options for renewing your subscription. They are detailed in this support page relating to “Renew your expired Norton subscription”
Have you tried both possibilities: via your product and via your account?
Do you confirm that the 2 solutions are currently blocking?

Yes, I confirm. In my previous message I put the screenshot, but it still has not been approved.
Also yesterday’s evening I managed to buy new subscription. So this question is not actual for me.
