Can't renew sub.--enter new product key but arrow to right of code is not working

Hi,

I'm using NIS2011, and purchased a CD a month ago to get the new product key. Now I have 1 day remaining on sub.

So I click renew, enter the new product key, but the arrow to the right of the field for the code is not active.

Tapping enter does not work. I think Norton has a glitch on that page.

Also there doesn't seem to be  way to renew via logging into Norton website--you can buy a new key, but there is no way to enter the key if you've already purchased one.

VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Any suggestions?
