Can't restore backup set (not listed at Norton 360)

I have a backup I made using Norton 360, trusting that this tool would work.

But now I try to restore the full backup and th backup set is not listed on Norton 360.

I can see my files using the browser, though.

Can anyone help me? this norton has no chat support, only Phone, but I have no money to make an international call.

Do you store your backup locally or online? 

Do you see this?  Did you opt View All?

 

Did you look online?

Note: if you reinstalled Norton.  You'll need to create new backup sets.
