I'm not sure if I have a virus, but suddenly I can't do a successful system restore (except if I do it in safe mode), and I can't open Norton Internet Security 2010 (all I see is part of the top border with the minimize and close buttons). I only have 512 mb ram, but when I tried to run the system recovery CD, it said it required 512 and I only have 447, so that was a non-starter. What should I do?
