Can someone please help me.
I can't run a quick scan or a full scan.
When I click on the quick scan button, then click go- nothing happens.
AND
When I click full scan button, then click go- live update runs fine then a red X for the full scan, then tune-up runs fine.
What is happening? What do I need to correct this problem?

There seems to be somthing going on with your installation.
To better help us help you, what version of N360 are you running? Support - About. Standard or Premier?
What Operating System and service pack.
You can try running Autofix by clicking on Support - Get Support. This will allow the program to check your installation and try to fix anything it finds.
Be sure you have run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.
If that does not work, a reinstallation of your 360 should fix the problem.
Back up your Identity Safe data if you use this.
Download and run theNorton Removal and Reinstall Tool found here. This will uninstall and reinstall the same version of your program.
Run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.
Import your Identity Safe data.
