I hope I am in the right forum...
I am using the Norton Security Suite provided by Comacast. I have v 4.3.0.5.
When using Windows Explorer, I see my Iomega drive (D). I see N360 backup, but then a bunch of unrecognizable files. One folder named something like {3FCGF98E-350F-2307...........). But again, unrecognizable files.
When clicking on the drive labeld as Norton Backup Drive, I see all my files. That's a relief, but why does my D drive look so odd? I like the comfort of seeing them clearly on this drive. Is this basically saying that I must continue to use Norton if I ever need a restore? It just seems odd to me...
