Can't see my other computers

I have Norton 360 V5.1 I can't see or access my other computers or printers unless I disable smart firewall.

What gives here ? My wife wants to print recipes while I am at work and don't know how to disable smart firewall.

 

PS please dont give me instructions on how to disable the fire, I should be able to print and access my other computer with out disabling it.
