Cheers,

Madness continues...
After a cold boot, please see screenshots. Notice that Message Center option has vanished from N360 systray right click menu, but the icon changed back to green.
No intervention from my part. It's on a Windows 7 x64 system.
Cheers,
Hi eaglewolf,
I've just posted an update there: Remove New MESSAGE notification from Norton | Norton Community
Plase take a look.
Regards,
Same problem here and I'm on Windows 7 too. I tried reading the message in Norton, and also by logging into my account on a browser, by going into messages in Norton on my mobile, and also on my laptop which is also Windows 7. It seems to be a bug where messages do not display to users of Windows 7, even though Norton keeps saying there is an unread message. No way that I can find to read or delete the message. Need an update to the software from Norton to deal with this bug.
See also my post here: Same issue.
Remove New MESSAGE notification from Norton | Norton Community
Kind regards,
I'm having exactly the same issue. It began on 11/10 after an automatic live update. Like you, I've tried every possible way to see the message, and I've run all the Norton scans and updates. But, if there's a message it's still blank everywhere, including my Norton account. I've found no way to either see the message, or to clear the blue "1" message indicator on the Norton systray icon. Everything else about Norton 360 appears to be running correctly. I, too, have Windows 7 Professional.
Some people here do not seem to get the point, sorry bjm_ , no offence.
The point is that the stupid Norton messages, should display, and that way any user can delete and having back the Norton green systray icon.
I can also confirm that under Windows 7 the message cannot be displayed under "Message Center".
So how could a user delete the message if there is a blank window without text and no trash icon??
Symantec should take a look at this asap.
Under Windows 10 & Windows 11 the messages display ok and can be deleted easily.
Even if Norton does it's job, even that way, the Norton green systray icon should be visible, nothing else.
The Message Center feature is stupid imo.
Hope this helps.
Same issue, blue icon stating new message, trying all methods to retrieve just brings up blank message center page...
I did uninstall and reinstall norton and that cleared the message icon for 2 days, but not doing that every other day.
Edit I noted OP also is using win7 if that has any bearing
Hi BJM,
Yes, a strange one at that. I did get that same message about the 'new Norton Logo' but thru my work email. So I figured that is what the notification on my systray was in regards to. Thanks for trying to solve though.
I'll leave this as is, am not to concerned about it...as long as Norton is doing its main protection job.
Also, I did see that you made a reply to someone that posted on this in the 'Norton Security-Norton Internet Security-Norton AntiVirus' forum:

If I get any resolution down the line...I'll post here.

Hmm....head scratch.....Sorry
Well, the message I received was for "new Norton logo!"

btw ~ after trashcan my message re "new Norton logo".
I refreshed my Norton install to get rid of envelope and Unread Messages (0).
You didn't miss anything
Hello,
"View the messages that you receive from Norton"...
I did try both these options:
- Access Message Center from your browser
- Access Message Center on Windows
and no change - same result.
"Can you check with your Norton account my.norton.com for message/s?"...
I did log into my Norton account and get the same - that result is shown in 'Email_Notify_5.pdf' attachment.
