Hello,
We have 3 computers that are sharing a printer:
Computer A: XP HP OfficeJet 8500 connected through USB and set for sharing
Computer B: XP able to print to HP OfficeJet 8500 on Computer A
Computer C: XP HP DeskJet 960 connected through USB, Linksys WRT 160N Wireless Router connected to Ethernet, Ethernet out of port 1 connected to wall. Router for connecting to Internet for laptops using WiFi.
Before connecting the wireless router on Computer C, we were able to share HP OfficeJet 8500 on Computer A. After connecting router, Computer C does not find OfficeJet 8500 on Computer A
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jodmcc1,
Welcome to Norton Community!
Let us know the version of Norton program you use. You can check in the Network Security Map in the Norton product and make sure that the other computers/routers/devices in the network are set to Full Trust for communicating with each other.

Any help? Still not seeing printer. Seems like Computer C is on different network than Computer A and Computer B. How do I correct this. Not exactly an IT person. Should not be this complicated.
Did you try adding the Network Printer to the Trusted list of Network security Map? If not, please add it. You can find the steps in the following Knowledge Base article. This article is for Version 4.0, however the steps are similar.
Cannot print to a network printer after I install Norton 360
If that does not work, try this fix tool from MS. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324757#letmefixit
