I've had a Norton Family account for my kids for a few years now, but when I ran into some issues with my son, I realized it wasn't monitoring it at all. I've deleted my kids, installed a new update, and added my kids again. It still won't log searches in my son's account or the time he's been on. I'm using version 3.2.1.28 and our internet security is Norton 360.
