Hi! I have Norton Internet Security 2014. First of all, I have many problems with Norton. I can't sign in to Norton Internet Security 2014, it just says "Can't sign in" and a red X symbol. Norton's Chat Support said that I should change the DNS to something they said, and run a command in cmd and restart my computer, but it didn't help at all. I'm tired of this and many other problems with Norton after switching to Windows 8. Norton says "Windows 8 Compatible" but I don't think it's 100% true. Sometimes while hovering by a mistake in Chrome over Norton rating for a website result on Google, Chrome freezes and then it says "Norton Identity Safe has crashed" in ALL tabs. Sometimes it hangs long times and I need to KILL Norton Identity Safe to close and restart Chrome. I also have Web Of Trust (WOT) and McAfee SiteAdvisor, that never crashes. Oh, and right now, in this tab, the Norton Identity Safe symbol turned gray and now Norton Identity Safe doesn't respond........I opened a new tab and now it worked in the other tab.. And, sometimes while I'm doing a Google Search, Norton ratings doesn't show up, and I need to refresh the page. And sometimes Norton REFUSES TOTALLY to do a scan, or show the history, and to access some things in the Norton GUI. One or two times it has even crashed ("nis.exe has stopped working"). And sometimes, like when I am writing this, Norton has two icons in the tray. I can launch Norton with both icons. And believe me, I have reinstalled Norton MANY MANY MANY times (with Norton Removal Tool!) without solving a problem. I'm very tired of this, and I start to wondering if I'm protected all the time, I don't feel safe when Norton crashes. Please, fix these problems, they are VERY VERY VERY ANNOYING. I still had some problems with Norton on Windows 7, but far away from my current problems with Norton on Windows 8. Please, Symantec, do something about this. Or if it's a solution, I'd like to know that.
