In the settings under Antivirus, the ELAM feature is greyed out in the off position. I can't turn it on. I am running Windows 10 and Norton 360 version 22.5.2.15. Can someone tell me what might be causing this option to be disabled? Is there some other setting that may be causing it? Thank you very much.
