Can't Type in name or password to add a device

I am using Norton family and love the product. When I try to add it to my son's windows 10 tablet though, the sign in window will not allow me to type in anything. Since I can't type in anything, I cannot sign in and update house rules.

I had the same problem and just found a way to fix it: go out of the Tablet Mode and get the tablet connected to a physical keyboard instead of the touch one. Then you will be able to type in.

Hi Sean,

Thanks for the information.  Norton Family currently supports Windows device, like PC and Android device, like an Android phone or tablet. Norton family currently is not compatible with Windows tablets.

no, I am referring to the tray icon, it had a red exclamation point on it, I have to sign in to link the device. I am still unable to type in my credentials but was able to work around with a reinstall and restart.

Hi Sean,

For the "sign in" page, are you referring to the Norton Family online account login page at https://family.norton.com? 

If so, are you able to sign in from another device, like a Windows PC?
