Can't Uninstall GoBack -- Help/Options Welcomed

Received an error"8504,104" on internet security after loading a recently bought norton utilities package. As directed, removal tool used to eliminate norton products. Process completed, but now I can't re-install SystemWorks(2006) because (I'm told by its install program) that it is still on my system. My issue is that I'm concerned about not being able to use GoBack. A  good, reliable program that has pulled by butt out of trouble, on many occassions. Some questions:

1>How do I "uninstall" GoBack (so  can re-install it)? Controll panel does not have SystemWorks listed (for removal). No sign or indication that any GoBack programs are on my C: drive.

2>Is GoBack so old that I should just forget about it and think about a newer restore program? If so, what is available? Will I have  the same type of install problem?  suggestions welcomed

Thanks

Can I install Ghost (without the removal tool) even if I still have (?) residual fragments of GoBack in my system?

Hi,
You can try knowing that if it doesn't work you will need to run the removal tool and start over with Ghost.

Keep us posted
