When I try to uninstall (from control panel or start menu) I get the window with the message "initialising please wait". This waiting just goes on forever.
It does not even get to the point of asking me for a password.
I have tried unplgging the network cable - no change.
I have tried downloading the norton remover tool as per in another post. There was more that one option for the tool. The tool I used said it could not run until winfax was uninstalled from the control panel. I dont have winfax so I couldn't uninstall it.
help please?
