Hello. Before I state my problem I would just like to say I am extremely angry and upset with this application. I am sorry if I come off rude to anyone.
I was refereed here by whoever replies to the play store comments. I have been trying for at least four days to unlock my vault in the Identity Safe Android app.
I have been logged in the whole time and one day it said my pin was reset and that I need to go to settings to make a new one. The pin was the only way I could 100% remember how to log on. I tried my password which I was about 95% sure of and it kept saying it was wrong. Today I was told to log out of the app and back in so I know that my password is 100% correct since that was successful but it still will not let me unlock the vault and the pin is still missing. I have contacted support twice for this issue and I was told to wait 24-48 hours because the server was down and then yesterday I was told to wait 24 hours. I waited and I still cannot get my important information.
