Can't unlock vault in Edge

This evening, I launched Edge and noticed that the Norton Password Manager icon was missing from the toolbar. In checking the Edge Extensions, there was a message that this extension was corrupted, so I deleted it and then reinstalled it. Once it was reinstalled and back on the toolbar, I got logged back in to my account, but when I try to unlock my vault, all I see is a white screen with a spinning circle in the middle. I’ve tried logging off and on again several times but get the same results. I’m able to open my vault in Chrome and Firefox just fine.

I’m on a Windows 10, 64bit system.

Did you Restart (not Shut down) machine?
Did you clear Edge cookies n cache?
Do you run Edge Sync?
Did you try new Edge default profile with just Norton Password Manager…as test?
Did you try Edge → Reset settings?
Did you try Edge → Repair?

fwiw ~ okay my side
Edge v131.0.2903.146
Norton Password Manager v8.2.2.529

har du prøvet at hente en nyer version som den der er i beta eller canary se om de virker der i canary got 133 version

Works as advertised in Edge my side as well. Edge Version 131.0.2903.146 (Official build) (64-bit). Conversely, I have the issue with my default browser, Opera GX, where, when unlocking the vault it will spin until the cows come home. Never unlocks. I have to close the browser, wait 20 seconds, reopen Opera then it will open the vault in about 10 seconds. Opera is Chromium based the same as Edge but the internal engine is different. Wondering why its reverse in the OP’s issue!!

Edited: @theaverlo What build and version is your Windows 10 ? IE: 22H2 etc.

SA

Windows 10 Build 19045.5247 Version 22H2 Edge Version is 131.0.2903.146.

I’ve restarted my system and cleared Edge’s cookies & cache with no success. Haven’t tried the other suggestions, but will do so.

EDIT: I’ve tried everything suggested by @bjm but Edge is still not cooperating. For the time being, I’ve switched my default browser to Chrome, so I’m good to go until I can get Edge to cooperate.

This problem has now resolved itself. The latest Edge update (Version 133.0.3065.69) applied itself this evening, and I removed, then reinstalled Norton Password Manager (8.2.2.529). I am now able to successfully unlock my password vault from within Edge.
