Norton seems to prevent some upgrade installations such as Adobe or even Skype. I see a message that reads ".... has no available reputation information". Is there a way around that?

That sounds like you are trying to be the first to download the program. If you can wait a day or even two for a few other folks to download the programs and begin to build a history for it you may not have as much trouble next time.

Are you downloading from Adobe.com?
Yes, I even removed the firewall temporarily and still get the message, I also uninstalled flash player and reinstalled it. On Norton's help page, there is a link to Adobe Flash player (since mine is outdated) and tried that route, still not working. Adobe tells me it is installed by Snapfish can't find it...
You should not see anything about Snapfish if you are downloading from Adobe. Go here and click the "Download Adobe Flash Player" link:
