So we purchased Norton from Staples as we do every year. Went to enter the key code and it only goes to an enroll page where it wants credit card information....We don't have credit cards and never will. So now what?

There was a time when Staples had its own technique for activating and not quite the same as the tag on the box that some others ha which had to be shown at check out and that activated the product.
I wonder if they still do depart from the norm which you indicate?
It would not surprise me if Norton wanted Credit Card details even when not used to purchase from Norton!
And one other thing that not all sites or stores make clear: Credit Cards required or just asked for accept, in my experience, Debit Cards just the same ..... but don't ask me to explain why some checkouts ask for your PIN but don't mind a blannk ENTER!
