Having a bit of bother getting my site verified by Safeweb. Got the emailfrom Symantec, posted the code in root directory, used the email link to check that code was viewable (which it was). Now tried to verify only to be told that I still need to add the code to the root directory. Am I missing something here??
The site is Galactictoys.co.uk. Am worried that having a grey untested symbol next to our name is costing us customers.
Any help would be appreciated.
