I'm trying to verify my website (https://www.unlockbase.com) in Norton Web Safe, but it fails no matter what.
I've managed to upload the verification HTML file at the root of the domain but when I click verify, it fails

My CTO wait 30 days and "Submit Feedback" and get not answer, I can't believe him so I opened my account (info@mwwm.com) to do it on my own.
But I have the same problem, I also press "Submit Feeback" but I just can't wait for ever.
This is specially frustrating since our site is tagged as "Unsafe" for Norton and need to be scanned again after we removed a old file (2008) from our Blog triggering this alert.
