Can't view texts

Just signed up today. I add my 2 kids. I can’t see their texted and my daughter joined Facebook n I don’t see that either? What did I do wrong???

Hi Rissap

Norton Family currently monitors default text application on the phone.  The program currently doesn’t monitor 3rd party chat app.

If you also don't have default text logs, please check the following: 

Open device Settings->Apps

  • Select Norton Family->Tap on permissions
  • Make sure the following permissions are enabled
  • Contacts
  • Location
  • SMS
  • Storage
  • Telephone
