Can't watch videos on Yahoo

Since I installed Norton 360 on my computer a few days ago I can't watch any videos on Yahoo?  Is Norton blocking them? How do I fix this?

I have win 7, use firefox  version 4 and  version 5 of 360. I never had any trouble viewing yahoo videos until I started using norton.

Two questions come to mind. Was there another security program installed before you installed 360? How much RAM is installed? OK, more than two. Which version of W7 - x32 or x64?
