Captcha not appearing in IE 11 - is this a Norton issue?

Hi,

I have recently built a PC with Windows 8.1, IE 11 and Norton 360. I have noticed that internet access can be slow and "Captcha" images are not appearing. Is this a Norton problem? I also have Chrome installed without Norton add-in, and it works ok.

I'd like to know how Norton affects internet access with IE 11 and if there is anything I can adjust in Norton to fix the problem. Is it just a case of disabling the Norton add-ins?

I have installed Norton 360 before but not on Windows 8.1 with IE 11 and it worked ok.
