Cards & Log-Ins Toolbar Showing Locked Padlock When Logged In Norton Community Profile

Hi Moderators and Everyone Else,

I noticed after my first time trying to submit to ThreatExpert that my Cards & Log-Ins part of the Norton Toolbar is displaying a Padlock icon even though I was still logged in to my Community Forum profile. I know that I logged in to my Card as it asked for my password I truly think Norton Forum is hacked as well as my computer.
