CBS and NBC and PBS on Verizon FIOS TV block me from viewing if I turn on Norton VPN on Edge and Chrome even though I have a paid service with Verizon. They cant figure it out

Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons.
