lmacri: Hi bjm_:Is that screenshot from the v5.47.6700 beta version?
5.47.6716 Slim
Edit: ran 5.47.6716 Portable > CCleaner64.exe
after removing check below and all pre-checked > Cleaner > Windows n' Applications boxes.
I find > ccleaner.ini > HelpImproveCCleaner=0
FWIW ~ YMMV

Hi bjm_:
Is that screenshot from the v5.47.6700 beta version? I don't want to install this beta (a slim build) since I only use the Portable version and don't want a CCleaner slim build installed on my system and making changes to my Task Scheduler and Windows registry.
I was asking if the setting was changed in the Windows registry from a value of 0 (disabled) in the v5.47.6700 beta to 1 (enabled) in the v5.47.6701 release that was pulled from their servers. If the registry entry has a value of 0 in the beta version that would imply that this registry entry was deliberately changed to a value of 1 in v5.47.6701 (i.e., to have Options | Privacy | Help Improve CCleaner by Sending Anonymous Usage Data to automatically re-enable itself) after beta testing was finished and just before v5.47.6701 was released.
The beta testers either missed this bug or "something is rotten in the state of Denmark".

lmacri:A new build of CCleaner v5.47.6716 was just released and is now available at https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download and https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds.
I posted a question in CCleaner Beta v5.47.6700 yesterday about whether the bug in the previous v5.47.6701 that was pulled from their servers (i.e., where Options | Privacy | Help Improve CCleaner by Sending Anonymous Usage Data would automatically re-enable itself) was also in the v5.47.6700 beta version released for testing but never got a response.

I also noticed that today's change log for v5.47.6716 at https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/version-history makes no mention of the bug fix "Calling the Windows 'ping' function is now done explicitly from the /system32/ directory (fixes a potential vulnerability)" that was included in the list of bug fixes in Vishal Gupta's 18-Sep-2017 askvg.com article about the v5.47 release. I wonder if this vulnerability was left unpatched to expedite the release of the new v5.47.6716?
